OVERVIEW
Bringing global expertise with a local approach
The beginning of Prysmian Group’s early presence in Northern Europe is traced back to the days of acquiring Nokia’s factory in Finland the 1990’s. However, the establishment of the region as the Group’s business geography is marked by acquisition of Draka in 2011. Since then, further expansion took place in other countries, ultimately including Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and The Netherlands.
With more than 2000 people across the region, Prysmian Group has a strong market positioning offering the widest range of products from low-voltage building wires to high-voltage submarine interconnectors, from connectivity elements for any telecom network to accessories for power distribution.
